Questar to Speak on Customer Feedback Programs at MRA Conference

PRLog - Sep. 13, 2012 - EAGAN, Minn. -- Minneapolis, MN — Joe Stanton, Vice President of Product Innovation at Questar, will be speaking at the Marketing Research Association’s Upper Midwest Fall Conference on September 20th, 2012.

Stanton’s speech, So Now What?  Turn Your Customer Feedback Program into a Profit Center, will highlight recent research detailing the connection between customer satisfaction scores and incremental sales. At Questar, we know measuring customer satisfaction shouldn’t be a casual effort.  A poor job leads to companies misplacing their focus, energy and money on issues which don’t directly tie to bottom line sales growth. To turn a customer feedback program into a sophisticated effort, organizations must ensure the program monitors and motivates behaviors that lead to financial success.  This presentation will concentrate on how organizations can ensure their customer feedback program won’t be another line item, but a profit center for their brand.
