A broad range of topics will be covered including satisfaction with the lettings process, property management, contracts, viewings and overall experience - providing an in-depth picture of residents’ and clients’ satisfaction with Young London’s service performance.
A new feature of the programme is to include telephone interviews (in addition to web surveys) to check that clients are happy with the asset management advice and service that they receive from Young London and that residents get the high quality of service that they are promised.
