The 30 Highest Fliers in Travel Under 30 Revealed by TTG

Sept. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Following the Institute for Travel and Tourism (ITT) conference in Barbados in June, the Travel Trade Gazette (TTG) invited the industry to come forward and nominate young people from across travel for Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders (http://www.ttgdigital.com/home/tomorrows-travel-leaders/) for details, TTG’s hunt for the 30 highest fliers in travel under 30. An exciting mix of candidates from tour operators to suppliers, young entrepreneurs to travel agencies were nominated and the competition’s organizers were given the arduous task of selecting the top 30. According to TTG and partners C&M Recruitment, Guoman Hotels and the ITT, “[The top 30] are young, dynamic, full of energy and ideas and are set to take the lead in the industry in the future.”

John-Christian Moquette, founding partner of B2B holiday rental platform www.iavra.com, was chosen as one of the top 30 and had the pleasure of meeting the other 29 Travel Leaders at TTG’s offices in Blackfriars, London last week. “I am honoured that I was chosen as one of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders. It gives me the opportunity to network and share ideas with like-minded travel professionals. I am looking forward to introducing IAVRA to the industry’s movers and shakers and getting their feedback on our vision for the future of holiday rentals.”

The 30 Travel Leaders will come together for a series of events over the next few months and into 2013. The guest speaker for the next event, to be held in London, is industry veteran Huw Morgan, Managing Director, Tour Operations, Monarch Group.
