John-Christian Moquette, founding partner of B2B holiday rental platform www.iavra.com, was chosen as one of the top 30 and had the pleasure of meeting the other 29 Travel Leaders at TTG’s offices in Blackfriars, London last week. “I am honoured that I was chosen as one of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders. It gives me the opportunity to network and share ideas with like-minded travel professionals. I am looking forward to introducing IAVRA to the industry’s movers and shakers and getting their feedback on our vision for the future of holiday rentals.”
The 30 Travel Leaders will come together for a series of events over the next few months and into 2013. The guest speaker for the next event, to be held in London, is industry veteran Huw Morgan, Managing Director, Tour Operations, Monarch Group.
The International Association of Villa Rental Agents is a business-to-
business website for travel professionals. IAVRA is well on its way to becoming one of the largest travel agent dedicated online databases of holiday properties with over 3,800 properties in 49 countries. The closed database is only accessible to subscribers, and premium features help travel agents save time and make more money. The tools and functionality have been designed to make life easy for travel agents and villa agents, allowing them to network internationally with quality agents on a trusted platform. Created by business professionals with backgrounds in marketing, banking, and travel, the concept of IAVRA was born out of frustration with the lack of transparency and efficiency in the villa rental industry.
