Michael Clements
Previously working within Jones Lang LaSalle’s Office Agency department, Michael will be dealing with Office, Industrial and Retail Agency instructions throughout Scotland.
Following completion of an MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development in 2007 Michael joined Jones Lang LaSalle and qualified as a Chartered Survey in 2009. Michael brings agency experience across all sectors and currently sits on the Edinburgh Office Agents Society (OAS) committee.
This appointment demonstrates CKD Galbraith’s commitment to building its Commercial Property team, which currently manages in excess of £450 million worth of commercial property across the UK and deals with 750 tenants in more than 150 properties including large multi-let environments.
Michael said: “I am delighted to join the well established commercial team at CKD Galbraith. There is a real opportunity to develop the agency side of the business while working on some exciting current instructions.”
