Frank Nagy Financial Services to assist Gold Swan Capital Management in private fund offering

Sept. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Frank Nagy Financial Services, a global consulting firm specializing in U.S. and foreign private placement offerings, announced today that they are offering assistance to Gold Swan Capital Management (Gold Swan) in the preparation and set up of a closed-end fund domiciled in the British Virgin Islands.
