After earning her Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Colorado, Jyoti Patel went on to achieve a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has firsthand experience in the manufacturing world that started early as a buyer for a fabricated metals business at Data General. Jyoti became a senior buyer for the pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk and then moved on to be a commodities manager at IBM, responsible for managing inventory, establishing and negotiating procurement contracts, and collaboration with internal global partners. Jyoti also worked at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a Johnson & Johnson company, where she expanded her career repertoire as a trade promotions manager, external manufacturing project manager, customer business manager, and procurement project manager. Jyoti’s extensive experience at multinational companies, combined with a focus on building efficient, collaborative cross-functional teams, provides a unique perspective to the specific staffing requirements of both her clients and candidates. Jyoti is a highly energetic, results-driven professional who has a passion for talent-acquisition success.
