Central 214 – Triple Cooked Fries for Fairgoers
Central 214 restaurant, located adjacent to Hotel Palomar Dallas, is also getting in on the State Fair excitement. From Sept. 28 through the end of October, diners who present a 2012 State Fair of Texas ticket stub or share a photo of themselves with Big Tex on Central 214’s Facebook page, will receive a complimentary order of Chef Graham Dodds’ Triple Cooked Fries – recently named the Best Fries in Dallas by D magazine – for the table. Made from a five-hour process to achieve French-fried perfection, the popular dish makes the perfect starter or side to Chef Dodds’ fall menu of seasonal, farm-to-table offerings.
