E Media Brings New Energy to the African American Cultural Festival

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 12, 2012 - (Baltimore, MD) - E Media and Women of Power partner with the 16th Annual Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival to create the Women of Power Zone. The Women of Power Zone will spotlight local businesses, charities, and community based initiatives run by some of the most powerful and prominent female business and community leaders in the region. The Zone will offer workshops on entrepreneurship, fitness, health & wellness, stress management, beauty and fashion. Also included within the Zone will be a voter registration drive.

The festival will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Courthouse Plaza in Towson, Maryland from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.  With over 40,000 attendees, the festivals is one of the largest African-American events in the region.

E Media is the exclusive marketing partner to this year’s festival and brings other refreshing additions to this historic event. The “E Media Power Stage” is the newest component being brought to this year’s festival. The stage will provide festival attendees with a variety of musical performances, starting in the morning with The Gospel Explosion. At noon, the Power Stage will showcase some of the biggest local and national artists, performing various genres, from reggae and R&B, to jazz and neo-soul. With a backdrop of one of Towson’s beautiful parks, the E Media Power Stage will provide an afternoon of musical diversity that is sure to satisfy everyone.
