Rick Otton Delivers Innovative Property Strategies to the West Coast with Perth Property Seminar

Sept. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Following the success of Australian property coach Rick Otton’s series of free one-day workshops on the country’s east coast, he now brings his property strategies to the country’s western seaboard as he announced a free seminar to be held in Perth this Saturday, 15th September.

This new event came as a response to the increasing demand of Mr. Otton’s property investment strategies for beginners from the west coast. “I don’t want  people to miss out on the opportunity to learn high-level, innovative, property investment strategies just because they’re on the other side of the country. This Perth event will give the people from Western Australia to discover loads of money-making opportunities through my property seminar,” Mr. Otton said.

Rick Otton has just completed a series of property seminar trainings based on his book ‘How to Buy a House for 1 Dollar’. “I believe in equality, and these property strategies that I’m bringing to the Perth do not have geographical boundaries. I’m certain that the people from the West Coast will have the same success as those of my students from the eastern states,” he added.

Mr. Otton emphasised that this series of property seminars will serve as a complement for his real estate book published earlier this year, where he reveals systems and processes in the property market that goes beyond the traditional.  

“I’ve been teaching these property strategies for many years, and have helped a lot of people get away from notion that in order to buy a property, you must have a bank loan or a huge deposit. I tell you, these are not necessary. The strategies that I teach in these seminars will reveal how to create positive cash flow through bank-free property investing,” he added.  

Mr. Otton’s one-day seminars are packed not only with lectures, but case studies from successful students as well. A&C Chua from Perth, explained how they created passive income by embracing Rick Otton’s techniques.

“We recently just helped a lady who lost her job and couldn’t afford the mortgage payments. We found a buyer who had problems getting a bank loan because of his past credit history. We put the buyer and seller together. She got rid of her problem. He got the house for his family. We made $40,000 in the deal, everyone is happy and it is a win-win situation,” the couple said.
