Sept. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- HENDERSON, NV–/WIRE/– Sep 11, 2012 – Orion Diversified Holding Co., Inc.  announced the company’s ticker symbol changed to  effective September 11, 2012. This transaction for a listing symbol change reflects standing board resolutions. The symbol change is also part of the company-wide public information dissemination process which is currently underway.

CEO prepares 1 Million OODH shares for cancellation with transfer agent based upon a recent company common stock buyback plan; this corporate action will decrease the number of outstanding shares.
