EMG Capital Group encourages their employees to volunteer in their local community, through a benefits program called The Power of You. EMG Capital Group gives 1% of each employee’s annual hours back to the employee to use in the form of volunteer/charity work. This equates to about 20 hours of charity work per employee per year. EMG Capital Group’s administration department combined their efforts to use their volunteer hours to help Local Children’s Hospitals in the Hong Kong Region. EMG Capital Group employees also did some internal fund-raising to make a financial contribution to the Hospitals as well. “We have always found that our employees have become enthusiastic when they have the opportunity to volunteer their time to a cause that they are truly passionate about.” Say Patrick Bond, Chairman and Co-Founder of EMG Capital Group.
