She joined Keller Williams Realty in 2001 and, along with Judy, was instrumental in the growth of Keller Williams throughout Southern California. From 2001 through 2008, Rae and Judy were personally coached and consulted by Gary Keller himself. She was a member of Gary's mastermind group for The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. In 2008 she was voted the first culture icon in her region. She is consistently featured at Family Reunion, Mega Camp and the quarterly Agent Mastermind sessions. Throughout her career she has excelled at the art of leveraging, staffing and building a team.
