Lake Nona Tops 300 New Home Sales in 2012

Sept. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Lake Nona Property Holdings announced its strongest new home sales totals in over seven years, with more than 300 homes contracted across the community’s active neighborhoods – Laureate Park, Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Village Walk and Water’s Edge - through August.  This activity, coupled with an earlier report by Metrostudy (an area market research firm), makes Lake Nona the most active new home community in the Orlando market.

The latest Metrostudy construction starts report confirmed the strong activity seen at Lake Nona with 221 annual new home starts through the second quarter of 2012.  This was the highest total in the Orlando market area.
