Choose from two exciting events on Friday; Dinner Under The Stars or the Vineyard Party. The elaborate Dinner Under The Stars, Friday, November 9 beginning at 7:00 p.m. is a gourmet, four-course meal prepared live by 7 South Florida Top Chefs. Guests take a seat at harvest style tables and experience the wines and cuisine from their chosen region; France, Italy, Spain, America and Mediterranean. Friday night also hosts the Vineyard Party starting at 7:30 p.m.. While walking through the vineyard, the sights, sounds and aromas transport guests to Sonoma and Napa Valley where they will find 20 food and wine stations to enjoy.
Saturday hosts both a unique morning and evening event; Perfect Pairings and the Grand Tasting. Be a part of the exclusive Perfect Pairings on Saturday, November 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. where guest’s pairing knowledge will be elevated while tasting Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris (Grigio), Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel (including Primitivo), Syrah, Petite Sirah and Dessert Wines. At each wine station a variety of paired small bites will be sampled as Sommeliers teach about scents, nuances, flavors and pairing, providing endless entertaining techniques. The evening’s Grand Tasting from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m will enliven the senses as world regions are are brought to life in a gastronomic journey of tastes, sounds and visions. Dine one’s way around the world while 77 Chefs from the Tri-County area prepare and demonstrate their most beloved dishes, finishing with a delectable Sweet Endings Village.
At any time during the festival, guests are welcomed to stroll through our Retail Bazaar to browse and purchase unique local food creations and art pieces, relax and enjoy live entertainment on the Main Entertainment Stage and Lounge. While traveling through the festival on Saturday and Sunday, premier vintners will offer tastings of some of the world’s finest wines and Sommeliers will give tasting tips and techniques in the picturesque Wine Sensory Garden.
Culminating this culinary journey is Jazz Bubbles and Brunch on Sunday, November 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Luxuriate in the chic, European breakfast, featuring an array of brunch stations, including unique fruit preparations and fresh catch dishes. Cheers to festival friends, both old and new, while enjoying unlimited Sparkling Wine, Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and live music from the Urban Gypsy Band, an eclectic jazz trio.
