Recording Artist, Karmyn, Releases Hit Single & Makes Acting Debut in "Birds of a Feather"

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 11, 2012 - Atlanta, GA – Contemporary Gospel Recording Artist & Songwriter, Karmyn, is celebrating her birthday in style with the long anticipated release of her hit single, ‘Closer’ as well as the launch of her new website.

Hailing from Peoria, IL, Karmyn was born to a family of singers and song writers and began singing at the age of 3.  Her father and mother began to catapult her gift by having her to sing in front of hundreds by age 5.

Recently, Karmyn made her acting debut in multi-platinum Producer, Zaytoven’s, movie 'Birds of a Feather’, set to be released in a few weeks. 'Birds of a Feather' revolves around the life of Zaytoven, who plays an aspiring music producer from the Bay Area, recently relocated to Atlanta in search of fame and fortune. Zaytoven also produced her single 'Ride The Wave' for her album, which is set to be her next single that will be released. Karmyn’s highly anticipated debut album will be released in March 2013.

Karmyn recently won 'Rhythm & Praise Song of the Year' at the 2012 Crunk 4 Christ Awards for her single 'Crazy Praise' from her 2010 EP Project, 'All For U'
