Driving the Human Resource 500 is designed to show HR professionals that the current HR workplace is undergoing a change and they need to become aligned with the overall business strategy. In the course of two days the participants will be taken through the six sigma problem solving methodology including hands on exposure to the tools which are most suited to the HR space within organizations as well as reviewing case studies of organizations who have successfully utilized the methodology within HR.
At the conclusion of the two days participants are eligible for pre-approved 13 strategic continuing education by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
In addition all successful participants will receive certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
