EastBank Capital Issues its Commitment for a $344M Loan

Sept. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- EB Capital, LLC (“EastBank Capital”) today announced that it has issued its financing Commitment with funding date, Attorney Attestation Proof of Funds with Lending Capacity and sample Closing Loan Agreements for a Commercial Finance Loan (“Loan”) of Three Hundred Forty Four Million and 00/100 Dollars (USD $344,000,000.00).  The proceeds of the Loan will be used for working and development capital for commercial extraction of Silica Ore.

The Borrower is a Mining and Production Company that commercially exploits and extracts proven geological mineral deposits of mining claims.  The company currently operates in the Northwestern United States.
