Lee & Associates Charleston Promotes Will Sherrod to Principal

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 10, 2012 - Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has promoted Will Sherrod as principal in its Charleston office.

Sherrod, who joined Anchor Commercial Real Estate Services as an associate in 2000 before it became Lee &Associates Charleston, has specialized in retail development, leasing and investment sales. He has successfully coordinated and assisted in the design and construction of multiple retail projects from small strip centers to larger mixed use developments including negotiating hundreds of leases for retail tenants. Additionally, he specializes in net leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties.

In 2004, he received his Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) designation, a designation that only the top five percent of commercial brokers in the country achieve.

Sherrod is the current president elect of the South Carolina CCIM chapter and will be the chapter’s president for 2013. Additionally, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Investment Division (CTAR), CTAR Commercial Users Group, Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®, South Carolina Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
