RI Chaper of the National Aging in Place Council announces 40% increase in membership

The RI Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council is better able to serve Rhode Island Senior Citizens.

PRLog - Sep. 10, 2012 - PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The RI Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) announced an increase in membership. The Chapter is committed to furnish older adults and their families with knowledge and resources about living an independent and healthy life through collaboration with a network of professionals from the private, public and non-profit sectors. With the help of these senior oriented industry experts, their mission is to be the primary provider of information and planning for future housing and health care needs.

The NAIPC is the only forum of its kind for professionals from a wide range of senior oriented industries. The NAIPC helps with the efforts of the Rhode Island Chapter members in establishing a presence in the growing segment of American business and public policy.

The RI Chapter of the NAIPC is the States’ Aging in Place Senior Support Network.
Co-Chairs Susan A. Pomfret and Louise Cadieux say that “the network of professionals in this group provides information on products and services to seniors to help them remain in their homes independently. The members are experts in their field and on aging trends.”
