Crush Cancer – Sport Your Pink Bra!

Sept. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Don’t miss the  “Crush Cancer – Sport Your Pink Bra! “ event on Friday, October 5, from 5:30 – 8 pm, at Crush Wine Bar in downtown Stuart. Men and women are invited to attend the party hosted by Rosalind Neilen of Rosalind’s Fitness Studios, Dr. Melissa Spina of Ocean Chiropractic and Health Center of Stuart and Crush Wine Bar in support of the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Walk on October 20 at Memorial Park.
   Guests will have a fun time catching up with friends, sampling the wide variety of wines available, great music, hors d’ oeuvres and showing off their own bra.  Don’t have a decorated bra?   There will be a bra-decorating table with supplies to inspire you to create your own bra.
The Pink Bra is an empowering symbol of how personal the fight against breast cancer is. During the Making Strides event, participants in pink bras will join together to take up arms against the disease.
   The Crush Cancer event will be a fun time for guys and gals to not only show off their decorated bras but to show their support for those battling breast cancer, celebrate with the survivors and honor those who have passed away
Thanks to the generosity of the Mario Babino, owner of Crush Wine Bar and Eric and Paula Grutka, owners of Ian’s Tropical Grill, guests will receive a $20 Crush Beverage Card and enjoy some light bites from Ian’s Tropical Grill. The admission fee is just $20 and includes a $10 donation to the Fight Like a Girl Team in support of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 20. Guests will also receive a $20 Crush Card for purchase of wine, beer or beverages of their choice. If you have a Crush Card, bring it to have it reloaded or pay $2 extra for a new Crush Card.     
Tickets will be sold the night of the event only. RSVPs are appreciated by October 1.
