Mr. Johnston has spent the past twelve years focused on Microsoft technologies, directing implementation and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM applications. While in his prior role of CIO at an Aerospace and Nuclear Energy Supply Chain Management company, Art became a charter member and the inaugural Chairman of the Axapta Users Group (AXUG) from 2004-2008. He expanded on his experiences as the Chairman and initiated the first local chapter of the CRM Users Group (CRMUG) in the Metro NY area in 2006. Art also became the first Chairman of the CRMUG of North America and held that role from 2009 until 2011.

Recently, Art has been involved with the Cloud Computing Consortium started at the Stevens Institute of Technology and moved to the New Jersey Institute of Technology to publish a paper on leading practices using the cloud. Art has an outstanding academic background including a BS in Management Information Systems from Dominican College, an MS in Computer Science from Iona College, a CISSP from Villanova University, and this year received a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
