Raleigh-based Project Management firm, KPS, announces Board of Advisors

Sept. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- With nearly 30 years of experience at some of the world's most successful financial and technology firms, KPS Management is excited to announce the creation of their Board of Advisors (BOA).  "I am tremendously honored that they accepted our invitation to be members of the Board.  We have collaborated with each of them for some time now and are consistantly impressed with their thought leadership, experience and guidance" said KPS' Robert Kelly, Managing Partner.

The Board of Advisors will serve in a voluntary capacity and provide guidance on topics that include day-to-day operations, industry best practices, employee recruitment and development, and client relations.  Mr. Kelly went on to say "The generosity of our advisors to share their experiences and lessons learned will prove to be a tremendous value-add to our firm, our associates and our clients.  I couldn't be more excited."  A key request of the BOA has been to ensure that KPS maintains its focus on delivering their clients focused, efficient and relevant solutions. "Project management has been marketized to a point that many of the solutions out there are training and/or cookie cutter programs.  I am looking forward to the BOA challenging our management team on our approach and solutions we are delivering to our clients.  I have come to trust and respect the members of the board and believe they have the personalities to call us out when we aren't being the most efficient we can (internally or with clients) or if we take our eye of the goal of project execution."

Bernardo Tirado - Author, Speaker, Trainer, and Consultant, is the CEO of The Project Box, LLC - a Management Consulting firm specializing in Project Management Leadership and Human Performance. In addition to being a certified Body Language expert and a Train-the-Trainer in Behavioral Analysis, he is an Industrial Psychologist, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and a certified Project Management Professional.

Gerry Fajardo - Owner\Co-Founder of Ecotech Data Solutions, Gerry provides over 14 years of IT experience working on large enterprise technology projects in systems engineering and project management capacities within many Fortune 500 companies across many different verticals. Gerry holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, he is PMP certified, and received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie in 2008.

Rob Prinzo - Founder and CEO of The Prinzo Group and senior consultant with the firm. Prior to starting the Prinzo Group, Rob spent over 15 years working with Fortune 500 Companies, State Governments and Start-ups. He is the author of the book No Wishing Required: The Business Case for Project Assurance.  Rob has been featured or interviewed by CRN, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and many more. Rob holds a master’s degree in industrial management and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, both from Clemson University.
