A third generation native of Lee County, Godfrey has been involved in some form of real estate most of his life. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, he was involved in the development and operation of several local, residential communities and commercial projects.
Godfrey was a Principal involved in the development of Estero Country Club at The Vines, formerly known as The Vines Country Club, in South Fort Myers and also a large part of the Fiddlesticks Country Club community. Before becoming involved in brokerage, Mr. Santini was Vice President of Finance for the Del Tura Group in North Fort Myers, which owned and operated Del Tura Golf & Country Club, Heron’s Glen Country Club, the Publix anchored Del Tura Plaza and several other properties.
Mr. Santini has spent the last 15 years as a commercial real estate agent specializing in land and investment properties throughout Southwest Florida.
