The introductory sessions will take place at Highgate House in Northamptonshire, Surrey conference hotel Barnett Hill and Woodside, an elegant country house meeting venue in the heart of Warwickshire.
Lucy McGibbon, Sundial’s Learning & Development Director said, “We decided to offer complimentary mornings to those who are new to Teamscapes for two reasons. First and foremost, we invest in our clients before they invest in us. Secondly, we know that seeing really is believing and by partaking in a session personally, the benefits of teambuilding and the possibilities within each participants own organization are immediately apparent.”
The Teamscapes team building experiences run from 09.00 – 14.00, beginning with an informative presentation before progressing on to experience a selection of indoor and outdoor teambuilding activities. An overview of the applications and benefits of team building is then followed by a delicious hot and cold buffet lunch prepared by the award-winning Sundial chefs.
For those interested in learning more about improving team motivation, communication and leadership skills as well as experiential learning and return on investment learning, complimentary bed, breakfast and dinner on the evening prior to the open day is also available at each of the three venues, subject to availability.
The taster sessions are designed with training, personnel and HR managers, directors, office managers and anyone with responsibility for a team of people and their development or effectiveness within a company in mind.
The teambuilding taster sessions take place on the following dates:
Highgate House (Northamptonshire)
Barnett Hill (Surrey) 18 October 2012, 09.00 -14.00
Woodside (Warwickshire)
