Sunrise Chevrolet has seen to it that all proceeds from the event will be going to the direct benefit of the Bloomingdale Parks Foundation. For nearly 20 years, the BPF has been working diligently as a not-for-profit organization seeking to improve the lives and community of DuPage County residents through public park maintenance, beautification, and local recreational activities. Through the generosity and success of events like the 5K Shuffle, the BPF has been able to contribute to the community with the construction of basketball courts, nature observation decks, picnic pavilions, and even support and create a scholarship fund.
It’s precisely that kind of commitment to the greater Chicagoland area that the auto professionals at Sunrise Chevrolet truly identify with and seek to foster, which is why they are working diligently with a host of other local businesses to ensure the 5K Shuffle is a great success. Additional sponsors include such notable establishments as Ducat Chiropractic, Allegra Marketing, W-T Engineering, Adventist GlenOaks Hospital, and many more.
Ealy-bird registration for the race is already going on, with special pricings for those who register before October 1st at $25, but will only be $30 after the date. Same-day registration will be held before the race from 7:00am – 8:30am.
The Chevy experts at Sunrise Chevrolet are proud to help offer this exciting event for the betterment of Bloomingdale-
