One patent titled titled “All Natural Multivitamin and Multimineral Dietary Supplement Formulations for Enhanced Absorption and Biological Utilization” was issued in New Zealand and in Australia.  The New Zealand Patent issued January 9, 2012, New Zealand Patent Reg. No. 570704.  The Australian patent issued January 25, 2012, Australia Patent Reg. No. 2006338273.

Chalker Flores, LLP also successfully prosecuted a pharmaceutical patent in Germany on behalf of one of its clients titled “Crystalline Drug Particles Prepared Using a Controlled Precipitation (Recrystallization) Process”.  The patent issued January 30, 2012, Germany Patent Reg. No. 603 39 491.4-08.
