Julie Morgan, a former risk analyst at PowerPay, will analyze, report on, verify, and use client data to assist senior-level staff in client campaign decisions.

Cathy Baucum, a former 14-year customer service manager for Godiva Chocolatier, and Julie Largay, formerly a quality analyst and supervisor with Seligman Data Corp., will monitor calls to help KPI Direct’s partnering agents enhance selling and diplomacy skills, evaluate customer responses to offers, resolve service issues, and help identify trends.
