Chef Laurie Nguyen is the owner and head chef of Dockside Bistro and Wine bar, located in Olympia, WA. Chef Laurie established Dockside Bistro and Wine Bar in 2007, where she brings the culinary traditions of her native home, Vietnam, to bear on the traditional continental and North West cuisine. She creates a vibrant culinary experience to the diner, concentrating on locally sourced produce and seafood. Chef Laurie also focuses on an extensive list of 130 wines ranging from California to Australia.
