Prior to joining TZA, Roesler was vice president of services for RedPrairie, where he led the professional services team in implementation, methodology, change management and application development of labor management programs for the supply chain industry. He joined Red Prairie as part of the acquisition of Gagnon & Associates, where he was a vice president with responsibility for the design and implementation of workforce management applications and services.
Roesler also has hands-on experience in distribution management across a range of industries, with direct supervisory experience for warehouse and transportation employees, facilities and routing. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, and has certifications in Operations Management, Lean and Six Sigma strategies.
