Just within the last month it has stopped downloading the books that I buy unless I buy them directly on the Kindle itself. Forget it if I want to try a free sample before buying it. The only way I can do this is buy hooking it up to my computer through USB. Then there is the touch screen, at times it is so responsive that I lightly touch it and then have to go backwards searching for my page. At other times, it is so un-responsive that I have to tap the screen multiple times or even swipe my finger acrose the screen. Sometimes that doesn't even have to work and I have to reset it completely. Normally I love new technology and gadgets but I have to say that for this one I am thoroughly un-impressed.
