ForeverFresh Teams Up with Leading Medical Supplier to Combat Urinary Leakage

School Health Corporation, the nation's leading distributor of medical products for about 500 school districts and universities, picks ForeverFresh for disposable undergarments, just in time for the start of the 2012/13 school year.

Sept. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- ForeverFresh, the Michigan-based manufacturer of innovatively designed disposable undergarments, announced today that it has teamed up with School Health Corporation, the nation’s leading distributor of medical supplies for the school market.

ForeverFresh will start shipping cases of its disposable briefs to fulfill a major order placed by School Health for school districts in eight states, just in time for the start of the 2012-2013 academic year.

“We’re thrilled to partner with School Health to help young people avoid any embarrassment or discomfort after a menstrual or bladder mishap at school,” said Tanya Allen, founder, president and chief executive of ForeverFresh.

Allen launched her company in 1989, securing patents for Forever Fresh Disposable Briefs for women, men and male teens, and ForeverFresh Disposable Bikinis to address the sanitary needs of young women and children.

The “pocket” design of the ForeverFresh disposable garment’s center panel offers extra protection for use by women who are menstruating or for people of any age suffering from minor incontinence.

By age 5, nearly 10 percent of children continue to have difficulty controlling urination during the day, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. And the National Association of Continence estimates that 25 million adults suffer from transient or chronic urinary incontinence.

Woman-owned and operated School Health Corporation, founded in 1957, is the nation’s largest supplier of health products and equipment for nearly 500 top districts and universities with more than 20,000 items.

“I’ve been looking for a product like ForeverFresh to accommodate school-aged children with comfortable, discreet and disposable underwear,” said Jennifer Mallo, product manager for Illinois-based School Health Corporation. “When an accident strikes, students can count on a solid product to get them through the day.  We at School Health believe this product will help protect them from embarrassment in front of their peers, in addition to limiting their time away from class.”
