The cocktail styled event was abuzz with guest from all walks of life showing support for the Leighala J Management & Entertainment Company and its mission. During the launch, the company took a moment to make a difference by raising awareness for HIV/AIDS and the Sister Love 501(c)(3) organization that educates the community about HIV/AIDS.
Perhaps the most touching and heart-rendering part of the evening was the brief moment CEO, Leighala J, took to thank her family, friends, and special guest which included Mayor of Riverdale Evelyn Wynn Dixon, City of College Park Councilman Tracy Wyatt, Renee Gardner of Rolling Out & Steed Media, Reigndrop Lopez, and Theodis Ealey for supporting her dream. During this time Leighala J stated:
“Thank you all for attending and making our special night such a success. To my daughters, who have made the ultimate sacrifice and allowed their mother to be Leighala J, I do this for you. You are my heart and my true legacy is you. Thank you to my Grandparents, who instilled in me to put God and family first, the power of prayer, and the importance of faith and the desire to succeed. I love you all and your legacy lives in me.”
Other special guests attending the event were industry professionals such as Walt Bellamy, Dee Robinson, Adreene Allen IHG, Steve Brock SODMG, Mercedes Miller Convention Center College Park, Yung Thor Photography, Robin Walker Marshall Photography, and Lee Daffin Photography.
Following the event, guest were given a keepsake to remember the night which held special gifts from some of the event’s sponsors such as Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport, Uptown Magazine, Vita Coco Coconut Water, and Bouncing and Behavin salon. Leighala J Management & Entertainment specializes in artist management, promotions, and publicity. Given the success of the launch, it is almost positive that the upcoming months and years to come will provide even greater success for the company, as it has recently added casting and production to its list of services.
