ALM’s Corporate Counsel Magazine to Host Cross-Border M&A and Cross-Border Litigation Forums

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 6, 2012 - NEW YORK – September 10, 2012 – ALM’s Corporate Counsel magazine will host the Cross-Border M&A Forum, September 11, 2012, and the Cross-Border Litigation Forum, September 12, 2012, at The Harvard Club in New York City.

Each one-day event will highlight specific strategies pertaining to international M&A transactions and litigation, and are geared for in-house counsel and law firm attorneys involved at any stage and knowledge level.
