New MD for Balearics Sotheby’s International Realty

Sept. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Balearics Sotheby’s International Realty now has one of Mallorca’s most experienced property professionals at the helm - Daniel Chavarria Waschke.  Joining as Managing Director in August, he brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the table.

For more than a decade Daniel worked at a senior level for a well-known real estate chain, achieving the status of Regional Managing Director, but now steps up to take full control of Sotheby’s International Realty’s presence across the Balearic Islands of Mallorca and Ibiza.  Born in Mallorca to a Spanish father and a German mother, Daniel is naturally multilingual and a perfect-fit for this truly global Company.

Daniel’s first vision for Balearic Sotheby’s International Realty is already underway as its property portfolio is adapted to meet the ever increasing demands and needs of this core international clientele.  In Mallorca, the Company will now focus exclusively on villas priced above two million euros and apartments above half a million euros, whilst in Ibiza the bar is set at villas above one and a half million euros and apartments above one million.  The criteria will be quality of construction, location, sea views and, of course, sound legal documentation.  Whilst this inevitably will result in fewer listings, it also means that the Company can offer the utmost in personalized service to its vendors and purchasers.  

To reflect these changes and best represent Sotheby’s International Realty’s exceptional properties in Mallorca and Ibiza to the world, the website will be upgraded accordingly.  Visually stimulating, optimized for search engine marketing and geared towards the various social media, the new-look website will be live by the end of the year.
