Chang is a serial entrepreneur who has helped create and restart more than 30 private and public sector organizations. In addition to his role at AppOrchard, he is the founder and CEO of Tipping Point Partners, a New York City-based institutional entrepreneur that serves as the founder and seed investor in software startups. Chang is a Bloomberg appointee to the New York City Campaign Finance Board and serves as a Chair of the NYC Voter Assistance Advisory Committee.
Horovitz has more than two decades of experience building and leading high-functioning teams and developing enterprise applications. Prior to AppOrchard, he served as Co-Founder and CEO of Emergency Vault Data Solutions, an online secure storage facility for vital documents, which was acquired in 2008. Previously, he managed Apple’s Boston iServices, leading service teams at Bank Boston, Fleet Bank, Aetna USHC, Merrill Lynch, The Walt Disney Company, AIG, American Express and Fidelity.
