“Jerome D. Pederson, Director, Division of Energy Market Oversight, (FERC)” will also be giving a session on the following key topics;

• Assessing the latest trends within the energy market

• Execution of the latest projects and how these will impact energy trading companies
    -The latest around The Office of Enforcement’s Reorganization in creating an Analytics
      and Surveillance Division in addition to the three existing Divisions (Monitoring,  
      Audits, and Investigations)
    - Examining new data requirements intended to assist in the monitoring and
      surveillance of jurisdictional markets
