U-Power Batteries Company Update September 2012

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 6, 2012 - U-Power Batteries Inc. is at the forefront of research and development in the mobile device power industry.  With access to the finest electronic, chemical and manufacturing engineers in China, we have made it our mission to bring to consumers the most innovative, usable, design based products in our sector.   For over a decade we have been instrumental in developing hi powered, long lasting power supplies for the majority of mobile devices.  From a multitude of cellular phones, notebooks, cameras and portable devices our parent company has been able to supply major manufacturers, producers and suppliers with the batteries, chargers and accessories that they need to power their products.

As of September 3rd, 2012 we are proud to announce the second phase of our fund raising program.

Originally scheduled for the 3rd week in November we have been fortunate enough to move this forward quicker than expected. Several financial institutions have been brought on board after the success of the first phase of financing and we believe that U-Power’s public profile will be greatly enhanced with our additional financiers.

This is a key part of our strategy to bring U-power Batteries to market and we are excited at the prospect of working with high caliber institutions as it confirms our position within our industry and shows complete belief in our product range.

Over the course of the next few months we shall be in a position to complete all required auditing and accounting to enable us to proceed with our listing.

We believe that U-power Batteries is the way of the future and we thank all our seed investors for the belief they have shown.
