UAT Campus Invaded by Fall Freshman Class!

Sept. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- The University of Advancing Technology (UAT) campus was swarming this week with new faces, eager for their first day of college to begin. Monday morning began with parents and staff helping students move into the dorms. The afternoon brought last-minute trips to Wal-Mart for dorm essentials before the day finished with parent orientation — and this was just the beginning to an eventful week at UAT.

CONNECT started Tuesday, and with it came a plethora of craziness. From a rowdy game of Freshman Family Feud that left students standing in their chairs yelling and laughing, to their first dose of innovation in the large commons while constructing their tallest balloon structures, the week was filled with so much positive energy that it felt like the walls of the school were going to burst open. One of the highlights of the week was an impromptu sword fight in the quad between students, while just a few feet away another group showed off their mad Frisbee skills. One thing is for certain, this incoming class is a force to be reckoned with and we have yet to see all of the amazing things they are going to accomplish at UAT.
