Both Kim and Aaron were moving out of their parents’ home for the first time, after living just a couple of houses away from each other for most of their life, in the small village of Rocester.
Kim said: “We’ve been together for six years and saved for a long time. It feels great to have our own space, but still not too far from our family. The location is perfect, as we both work in Uttoxeter. The development is lovely and quiet, but also really close to the centre of the town, which is great.”
The couple has bought a Jasmine house type which features an open-plan lounge and dining room, a kitchen and convenient cloakroom. The first floor offers three well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom.
