Danielle M. Murray Joins The Health Law Firm

Sept. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- - The Health Law Firm is pleased to announce that Danielle M. Murray has joined the firm as an attorney at its Altamonte Springs office. Her practice will focus on the representation of health professionals and licensed health facilities in litigation, licensing and disciplinary issues, contracts, appeals, administrative hearings, regulatory matters, and Medicare and Medicaid defense.

Ms. Murray earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Florida State University College of Law, in December 2010.

Ms. Murray is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is currently a member of The Florida Bar, The Health Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers.

Prior to joining The Health Law Firm (http://www.thehealthlawfirm.com/), Ms. Murray worked at the Florida Attorney General’s Office on a multi-million dollar complex Medicaid litigation case in federal court. She was responsible for maintaining the voluminous amount of electronic case data during the Medicaid litigation. Her legal team was honored with a 2011 Davis Productivity Award, which recognizes Florida state government employees whose work significantly increases productivity, and promotes innovation to improve the delivery of state services.

Ms. Murray’s previous experience also includes working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), working as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office, and assisting a Florida State University law professor in editing articles for publication.

Based in Altamonte Springs, with offices in Orlando and Pensacola, The Health Law Firm concentrates in representing health care professionals and providers.
