PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 6, 2012 - Talbros Engineering Limited  produces 3,000 axle shafts per day and crossed the level of 1 million shafts annually in 2008. The Quality System at Talbros Axles is certified to be in conformance with the requirements of ISO / TS16949. But requirements aside we put forth the extra effort to exceed these standards much to the delight of our customers.

Axle Shafts:-Talbros Engineering Limited located around 30 kms from the heart of New Delhi the facilities are spread across 150,000 square feet at two manufacturing locations in the state of Haryana.The factories are integrated and by themselves each is complete and stand-alone.All manufacturing facilities of forging, heat treatment, CNC turning, spline cutting, and induction hardening are available at both locations under one roof.

90% of all axle shafts made by Talbros are used by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or Tier 1 suppliers.

Over the years Talbros has created a huge inventory bank of forging tooling, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, so much so that new product sample development can be completed within 4-6 weeks, generally at no tooling cost to the customer.

Talbros axles makes over 500 part ,also for each country and/or vehicle manufacturer for which we have corresponding parts.
