Sept. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- For those looking for something different in a holiday, how about climbing the highest peak in North Africa?

Mount Toubkal (4167m) is the highest mountain in North Africa and the hike to the summit is challenging, but requires no mountaineering experience and the panoramic view from the summit makes the hard work worthwhile. With the start of the trek just a couple of hours drive from Marrakech, you can reach the summit and back within 2 days and still have time to explore Morocco’s most captivating city, Marrakech.

The soon to be launched walking, trekking and hiking specialist, http://walksoftheworld.com has regular treks to the summit of Mount Toubkal as well as being able to offer the more extreme option of trekking in the Sahara desert. Other group trips include hiking in the northern regions of Thailand, a trek along the Great Wall of China and climbing to the summit of Mount Kinabulu, the highest peak in Borneo.

Walks of the World can also offer private and indivaidually tailored holidays, plus if you are a charity organisation, we can arrange amazing  fund raising trips.

Our website walksoftheworld.com is due to launch in September 2012, but feel free to contact us before then on info@walksoftheworld.com or call 0845 862 2424
