Charity Confronts Issues Facing Oklahoma Teen Girls at Local Event

Sept. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Aim for Success proudly presents You Grow Girl 2.0! Prevention, Health, & Wellness Back-To-School Conference and Expo. YGG2 is an interactive and entertaining experience that promises to be bigger and better than ever addressing some of the toughest issues facing young  girls today, such as the dangers of human sex trafficking, bullying, nutrition and fitness, as well as, body image, and more. The event is being sponsored by Aim For Success in collaboration with several community based organizations.

The conference will open with registration at 9:00 am and wrap-up at 4:00 pm. Conference speakers and workshop presenters include Yasia Mann, owner of SwagHer Fitness, entertainment by teen sensation Autumn Mayberry from Dallas, TX, and Miss Black Oklahoma USA 2011-2012, Claudia Williamson as Emcee. The program will be co-hosted by Aim For Success founder and visionary, Paula McDade.

The Langston University Oklahoma City campus is located at 4205 N. Lincoln, in Oklahoma City. The registration fee is $12.50, adults 18+ are $13.50, and groups of 5 or more costs $10 per person.  Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, informative and engaging workshops, and a goodie bag for the first 100 attendees.
