Sept. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Bethel Live releases its all-new, full-length CD/DVD, For The Sake Of The World, Oct. 2, 2012 from Bethel Music with global distribution through Integrity Music.  Recorded live at Bethel Church (Redding, CA), the project features original worship songs led by Brian and Jenn Johnson, Jeremy Riddle, William Matthews and Steffany Frizzell-Gretzinger.

For The Sake Of The World is the heart cry, and a declaration, by the Bethel Music artists widely known for their passionate, intimate worship.

“It’s for the world to see us burning for Him,” says Brian Johnson, sharing the purpose for the album.  “There’s a culture that’s contagious within the songs and within the worship in the live moments that people can feel on the live CDs.  That’s really what we’re trying to capture. We’ve seen it throughout history - when there is a man or woman of God that burns for Him, it’s contagious.”

“I think God wants to wake his church up to the reality that he wants to visit, that he wants to interact with his people,” adds Jeremy Riddle.  “When we gather together as a people in worship, it’s not meant to be this one way street where we are directing our praise and our adoration up to heaven, but he actually wants to inhabit that activity.”

And in that exchange, Bethel Music artists have come to expect the unexpected.  Jenn Johnson says, “It’s fun to come to church and start to lead worship and you just have no idea what is going to happen- how He is going to show up...We just come expectant.”

In addition to the 13-track For The Sake Of The World CD, the combination “digipak” product features a DVD that contains all 13 songs plus “The Arts,” “Community,” “Culture,” “Presence” and “The World” behind-the-scenes videos.

For the first time, Bethel Music also releases an iTunes LP®.  The For The Sake Of The World LP features all 13 audio and video tracks on the CD and DVD, all five behind-the-scenes videos, plus 11 song charts, a Photo Gallery, Album Credits, social media links for Bethel artists and the Worship U Video featuring information on the Online Bethel School of Worship.
