ShowMeCables Releases Series of How-To Videos

The videos cover how to terminate cables with connectors and jacks; and an upcoming series on hanging TV wall mounts.

Sept. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- ShowMeCables.com, an online retailer of cables and network supplies, has released a series of instructional how-to videos. These tutorials are part of a new video program launched by ShowMeCables in the spring of this year.
Videos released over the past month demonstrate how to terminate cat5e and cat6 Ethernet cables on a variety of connectors and jacks. They cover the basic styles of cables and connectors: solid and stranded conductor, shielded, and flat cables. Specific products, such as field-terminated and EZ-RJ45 connectors, are demonstrated. ShowMeCables has also created tutorials for the different termination techniques for each brand and model of cat5e and cat6 Ethernet jacks. The brands of jacks covered in the videos are: ECore Cables, Panduit, Leviton, and ICC.
A video series on hanging TV wall mounts is scheduled for release in early September. A wide variety of product showcase videos for different styles of TV wall mounts are already available.
All videos are available on ShowMeCables.com and are collected on the ShowMeCables YouTube Channel:  http://www.youtube.com/showmecables.
