Snell & Wilmer Adds Environmental Attorney to Environmental and Natural Resources Group

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 4, 2012 - SALT LAKE CITY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the addition of Nora Pincus as an associate in the firm’s environmental and natural resources subgroup of the real estate, environmental and finance practice group in Salt Lake City. She has several years of environmental law experience working for the law firm of Welborn Sullivan Meck and Tooley in Colorado prior to joining the firm.

Pincus’ practice is concentrated in litigation and dispute resolution involving environmental, oil and gas, mining, water rights, land use, public lands and renewable energy. Pincus received her JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her bachelor of arts in history from the University of Utah. After graduating law school, she served a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Justice Alex J. Martinez at the Colorado Supreme Court.
