This year the Dastkar Nature Bazaar will see over 110 Crafts men displaying and selling authentic Indian Art & Craft, Accessories, Jewelry, Household items from across 20 states of India. Prominent among those will be groups which have displayed more than 10 new varieties
of crafts including
• Jewelry made from Jute and Grains, Shantiniketan leather, Handwoven and Handspun Khadi from West Bengal,
• Leather Juttis from Patiala, Punjab,
• Intricate embroidery from Gujarat,
• Sujni Embroidery from Bihar,
• Organic Cotton from Tamil Nadu,
• Khus products from Karnatka,
• Ikat Weaving and Kalamkari from Andhra Pradesh.
With CAMEL as the theme there will also be Puppet & Magic Show from Rajasthan
People visiting the Bazaar will also see interesting food stalls presenting the unique tastes of India.

Kosa Silk Weaving, Wrought Iron and Gourd Decoratives from Chattisgarh. Madhya Pradesh art includes Brass idols, Bagh print, Chanderi & Maheshwari weaving, Gond Paintings.

Dastkar is a registered society and NGO with over 31 years of working in the craft sector and a national outreach of over 200 crafts groups in 21 states; sharing a warm relationship of mutual respect and trust with its participant craftspeople, and offering them support services that includes skills training, design and product development through the year. It is committed to breaking the barriers that separate the craftspeople from mainstream urban markets, reviving and revitalizing both the craft and the community. The Dastkari Bazaars and Exhibitions are the culmination of this process.
