“All Mixed Up” Blends Formaggio Cheese Specialties into Unique Recipes
Formaggio Cheese ingredients featured in Reality-Based Cooking Show; Anthony Mongiello will taste and judge three appetizers created by student chefs during competition
(Pompano Beach, FL – September 4, 2012) Formaggio Cheese Specialties®
Known as The Big Cheese™, Anthony Mongiello, President and CEO of Formaggio, will be featured on “All Mixed Up” as one of the panel judges who will share his company’s history, and cheese expertise with viewers and the aspiring chefs.
This first challenge draws viewers right into the heat of the kitchen where the three competing culinary students and aspiring chefs will create, mix, chop and whip up three different appetizers using Formaggio Cheese Specialties®
Learning what ingredients they need to use, the chefs get to work and aspire to create a delicious, original and beautifully presented recipe that will impress the judges in 30 minutes -- and earn them enough gold stars to put them a cut above the rest to be crowned the winner of the Appetizer round.
Will the diverse personalities of the student chefs mix well together or will it be a recipe for disaster? Can the students rise to the culinary challenge? Tune in to find out on Friday, September 7th, September 14th, and September 21st at 7:30 am on “All Mixed Up” on Lifetime Television.
Since 1925, Formaggio has been behind innovative products like stuffed-crust pizza, “Fine Wine and Cheese” - a pre-sliced cheddar cheese with a spreadable Cabernet Sauvignon wine topping in a two-compartment tray, and Mozzarella Rustica from their new gourmet cheese tray line.
