This year’s charity brunch once again shines a light on some of the future leaders
in the Greater Toronto Area. As a grassroots organization, Black Pearls lends a
“helping hand” to young black women that aspire to reach their life long goals
and dreams.

At the 6th annual Black T.I.E. (Togetherness Inspiring Enhancement) Charity Event, Black Pearls will award five academic scholarships at the September 23rd brunch, held at The Columbus Event Centre (901 Lawrence Ave. W.). Recognizing our recipients’ strengths not only in academia, but their impact within their respective communities.

"Every bit of support counts and with tuition costs escalating each year, scholarships like these become even more important in assisting students to realize their dreams”, says Kimberley Tull, Black Pearls’ Executive Director.
